Returns Policy
Replacement or Refund for Damaged Products
In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged during transit, we reserve the right to determine whether the resolution will be a replacement or a refund. We will carefully assess the nature of the damage, product availability, and other relevant factors to make an appropriate decision.
- Replacement Option: If we approve a replacement, please follow the intimation process mentioned earlier and provide the necessary proof of damage within 1 working day of receiving the package. Once we verify the damage and approve the replacement, we will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up from your delivery address, and a new product will be shipped to you as soon as possible, depending on product availability.
- Refund Option: If we determine that a refund is more appropriate, please follow the intimation process mentioned earlier and provide the required proof of damage within 1 working day of receiving the package. Once we verify the damage and approve the refund, the refund amount will be processed using the original payment method within [14] business days.
Intimation of Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 1 working day of receiving the package. To initiate the replacement /refund process, you must provide the following:
- Clear images or a video of the damaged product showing the issue.
- Images or video of the external packaging, showcasing any signs of damage or mishandling.
- Your order number and contact information.
Verification Process
Timeframe for Replacement
Once the damage claim is approved, we will endeavour to arrange a replacement within the earliest possible time frame, depending on the availability of the product. We will keep you informed about the progress of the replacement process.
Exclusions
Please note that we are unable to offer replacements for products damaged due to customer mishandling, misuse, or negligence after delivery. Additionally, damage claims submitted after 1 working day of receiving the package will not be considered for replacement.
Non-returnable Products
