This pressure cooker comes with a Gasket Release System (GRS) and Gasket release Vent system (GRVS) for enhanced safety. In case there is any blockage of the vent tube, the gasket bulges to release steam through the hole which is at the top.
The metallic safety plug is fitted on the lid to release excess pressure thereby ensuring maximum safety.
